Returns and Complaints

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any legally justified reason there is a need to return goods, the entire process is carried out exclusively at the SIND d.o.o. headquarters (Mala Vranjska, Sabac). This procedure is necessary so that our expert service department can thoroughly inspect and test the returned goods, in accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Law.
