- Professional dishwasher is designed for fast, efficient and hygienic washing of large quantities of dishes, utensils, plates and kitchen equipment in restaurants, hotels, canteens and high-volume food service facilities. - It is equipped with a conveyor washing system that enables continuous operation and a high capacity of 2000 to 2200 dishes per hour. The fully equipped system includes pre-wash, wash, rinse and drying stages, ensuring maximum efficiency and hygiene. Washing is performed with water at 55°C, while rinsing is carried out at 80°C for optimal sanitation.
- The model features magnetic doors and rinse switches, an electromechanical control system, as well as automatic washing stop when doors are opened for additional safety. The double insulated boiler tank improves energy efficiency, while the emergency stop system prevents jamming during operation.
