Upper and lower heating elements are separately adjustable from 85° to 455°C, enabling precise adaptation to different dough types and baking styles. The analog temperature display ensures clear and simple monitoring.
A separate on/off switch for each chamber enables economical and flexible operation. The oven is also equipped with a steam exhaust outlet for optimal baking conditions.
The front panel is made of stainless steel, while the body is made of sheet steel for durability in professional use.
