The front panel is made of stainless steel, while the body is electrostatically painted steel sheet, ensuring durability and easy maintenance.

The special baking stone provides homogeneous heat distribution across the entire baking surface, resulting in an evenly baked and crispy crust. The insulation system minimizes heat loss inside the chamber and improves energy efficiency.

Precise temperature control

The independently adjustable thermostat system allows temperature regulation from 85 °C to 455 °C, enabling adaptation to different dough types and baking styles.

A separate on/off switch ensures simple and safe operation.
