The front panel is made of stainless steel, while the body is constructed from electrostatically painted sheet steel, ensuring durability, resistance, and easy maintenance.
The baking chamber is fully lined with special pizza stone, providing optimal heat accumulation and even distribution for a perfectly baked, crispy crust. The insulation system minimizes heat loss inside the chamber, increasing energy efficiency.
Each deck features an internal light and viewing window, allowing monitoring of the baking process without opening the door and losing heat. A steam exhaust system ensures optimal baking conditions.
Independent and precise temperature control
Each deck is equipped with an independent adjustable thermostat system ranging from 85°C to 455°C. A separate on/off switch for each deck enables flexible and economical operation.
