Professional double deck pizza oven designed for pizzerias and catering establishments with high production demand. Two spacious chambers allow simultaneous baking of a large number of pizzas with stable and even temperature distribution in both decks.
The baking chambers with refractory stone bases ensure optimal heat accumulation and even distribution, resulting in a perfectly baked and crispy crust. Internal mineral rock wool insulation reduces heat loss and improves energy efficiency.
Internal lighting for each chamber allows full monitoring of the baking process without opening the door. The ventilation chimney enables efficient removal of excess steam and heat during operation.
Precise temperature control and reliable performance
Upper and lower heating elements are separately adjustable from 85° to 455°C, allowing adaptation to different dough types and baking styles.
Models PF 5050 DE3 and PF 4040 DE3 are equipped with 3 thermostats.
Analog temperature display is available in optional version T (not available for models PF 5050 DE4/3/E and PF 4040 DE4/3/E).
Separate on/off switch for each chamber is not available for models PF 5050 DE4/3/E and PF 4040 DE4/3/E.
The front panel is made of stainless steel, while the body is made of sheet steel, ensuring durability in professional environments.
